Connecticut Cycleworks is Steve. He runs the shop himself, and he has for well over a decade. No service writers, no hand-offs to a junior tech. The person who picks up the phone is the person turning the wrenches.
Riders bring him everything from 1980s Hondas pulled out of a basement after twenty years to modern sportbikes that need to run like the day they left the showroom. He goes through a bike the right way — explains what he did and what should come next — and he keeps the bikes he looks after in top running condition for years.

One trade, done well: motorcycle repair. No upsells, no invented problems. If it is not his kind of work, he will say so and point you to someone who does it.
He does not work on Harleys — and he will tell you that on the phone, then take the time to recommend who does.

Bring the bike to Washington Ave or call ahead. Tell Steve what it is doing — or not doing. He will listen and take a look.

One bike at a time, in the order it came in. He diagnoses, does the work, and explains what he found and what to watch next.

Pick up a bike done right
Not always fast. Always correct. Riders come back for years because the work holds up — that is the whole point of the wait.
